Monarda
Monarda is used for colds, reduces fever, and soothes sore throats, headaches, insomnia, and menstrual pain. It has antiseptic qualities. The herb contains thymol, responsible for many of the plant's healing qualities. It calms nerves and improves sleep. Externally, bee balm is a wonderful aromatherapy herb.
